This website is operated by Kessner USA Inc, doing business as Remodel-Build (‘Remodel Build,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’).

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU, THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITES OR OUR SERVICES.
THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 9/28/2026.
Acceptance of Terms
The following Terms of Service Agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others which may interact or interface with Kessner USA Inc, also known as Remodel-Build, located at 1110 West Columbia way Suite 344, Vancouver, Washington 98660 and our subsidiaries and affiliates, in association with the use of the Remodel-Build website, which includes https://remodel-build.com, (the “Site”) and its Services, which shall be defined below.
Description of Website Services Offered
The Site is a construction and remodeling services website which has the following description:
Provide information to consumers about the construction, remodeling, renovation, and related services offered by the company and ways in which consumers can contact the company to inquire about or request services.
Any and all visitors to our site shall be deemed as “users” of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Remodel-Build.
At its discretion, Remodel-Build may offer additional website Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. Remodel-Build does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user acknowledge, accept and agree that Remodel-Build shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after such posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and any and all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, revised or modified terms, you must stop using the provided Services forthwith.
Furthermore, the user understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided “AS IS” and as such Remodel-Build shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion and/or any failure to store user content, communication or personalization settings.
Privacy Policy
Every user’s registration data and various other personal information are strictly protected by the Remodel-Build Online Privacy Policy (see the full Privacy Policy at https://remodel-build.com/privacy/). As a user, you herein consent to the collection and use of the information provided, including the transfer of information within the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing or use by Remodel-Build and/or our subsidiaries and affiliates.
SMS Messaging Consent
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Remodel-Build, which may include appointment reminders, service-related notifications, scheduling updates, project status updates, and limited promotional messages. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or receiving services.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. To resume receiving SMS messages, reply START.

Cautions for Global Use and Export and Import Compliance

Uploading, posting and/or transferring of software, technology and other technical data may be subject to the export and import laws of the United States and possibly other countries.
No Contract or Bid Created by Website Use Information on this Site, including descriptions of services, is provided for general informational purposes only. Submitting an inquiry or requesting an estimate does not create a contract. All construction and remodeling work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and Remodel-Build, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
User Contributions Any information, messages, photos, or other materials you submit through the Site (“Contributions”) must be accurate and lawful and must not infringe the rights of any third party. By submitting Contributions, you grant Remodel-Build a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing requested services.
Proprietary Rights All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and images, is the property of Kessner USA Inc or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from Kessner USA Inc.
Links to Third-Party Websites This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Remodel-Build does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kessner USA Inc, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your Contributions, or your violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimers The Site and all information on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Remodel-Build does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kessner USA Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. This limitation applies to use of the Site only and does not limit any rights or obligations under a signed construction agreement.
Modifications to These Terms Remodel-Build may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Choice of Law and Forum These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
Waiver and Severability Failure by Remodel-Build to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Statute of Limitations Any claim arising from your use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
