Greg built a niche in my stairwell plus shelving in my closet under the stairs. The project turned out to be outstanding! Greg was neat and tidy covering the walls, carpet, flooring to prevent any damage. He finished the job in a timely manner at a fair price. Greg also fixed a leaking pipe from the drain outside in 45 minutes. Problem solved. Greg is very professional detailed contractor who provides great advice. I highly recommend him for all projects. Arrived on time and finished before he said he would. The kitchen tile never looked better. We had a small problem with some grout discoloration(that was probably our fault), and he came right back to fix it.

Greg came to do repairs such as: getting glue up off garage floor, window repair, lock repair, cocking on floor\walls, fireplaces doors. He finished everything in a day where may others that I quoted said they couldn’t finished for two- three days because of all details etc. Greg not only got it done in a day but his attention to detail was spot on! Will use him again 100%

I used My Home Pro for a simple sink install/replacement. Greg was great at communicating through yelp and quoted me a very reasonable price. I shopped around a lot, and Greg was the highest rated handyman on Yelp with the lowest quote, so it was a no brainer… We scheduled a time for him to come by the following week. He showed up on time, the job took almost exactly two hours as quoted. Sink looks great! Greg was very personable and professional. I would 100% do business with him again, and have discussed a future, larger, job already. Thanks Greg!

Greg did a great gob for us. He is a handyman and does virtually everything. He removed wallpaper and painted our walls. It was very fast, efficient, and walls look great. I will definitely use him in a future for any repairs and remodeling in my house. He can do more in one day than other guys did in a week

We found Greg on Yelp through the quote system, and we are so thankful we did! Initially, we were looking for replacing cabinets and countertops only but Greg provided much more than that.

After meeting in person at our condo and walking through what we were looking for, we asked if he knew anyone who could do mirror closets. We weren’t planning on asking him and just wanted to see if he knew a guy – but of course – HE was the guy. After our meeting, Greg put together a very detailed quote and plan for cabinets and countertops, complete with very nice digital sketches/outlines, and mirror closets for master and bedroom. The quote was made so we could remove any items as needed and could see the price we’d pay. Very easy to follow.

We went with countertops and mirror closets, plus demo of old closets, old countertops and demo of this random mirror/cabinet set in our condo. He also worked with us on our budget and understood what we could not move forward with. This meant a lot to us as first time homeowners.

Once he got to work, I remembered a few other items that we could need and once again asked Greg if he’d be able to do it and of course, he said yes. We needed a mantel removed from above our fireplace and we wanted to replace our bathroom mirrors with new mirrors. He happily added those to our list of requests.

Greg is very flexible and also was like a mentor to us. He was honest about the things we could do on our own to save money. He also discovered a few broken valves that our inspector missed and helped us fix those as well. After he was done with our services, he has checked up on us and given advice when we noticed our hot water wasn’t working. He also offered to come take a look if we couldn’t figure it out. This is outside of the scope of his service! But with his advice and direction, we were able to figure it out.

We are grateful to have met Greg – a smart, professional and quick worker, PLUS an overall great person. We will gladly recommend him to all of our friends and family who are looking for home renovations.

My experience: used Yelp to send out a mass inquiry for my chipped counter to cabinetry businesses and contractors – for ten or eleven businesses total.

Greg was 1 of 3 to respond right away.

The two others that responded right away gave me quick bids of $300-400$. I asked them “isn’t that a little high for one hours work…. I’m in construction myself and know what this type of job takes.”

They basically agreed to re-negotiate but I was so turned off I didn’t care to deal with them, as Greg already agreed to do it for his $150 minimum.

He was a really nice guy so I ended up hanging out with him and watching him work because I’m weird like that
And like to learn.

I learned about his experience in construction and how he is launching into a new phase with some high-tech laser machinery. We laughed at his dilemma: “should I focus on cabinetry or advertising and signage.”

I told him him idk but I’ll include it in the Yelp review. Lol.

So yeah Greg is honest and reliable and gave me the fairest deal. He’s got some crazy lasers now and will do your job probably for a very good deal because that is going to cut down the cost of production tremendously (I’m assuming). So give him a call eh?

Edit: When Greg bid the job I only showed him the one big chip. There was actually 2 other small chips. Greg did not mention this at all and did all three no questions asked. Also, he took a looooong time mixing the color correctly – I was beginning to feel bad. So he’s very diligent and takes the time to do it right

Greg painted my beautiful craftsman house and for a 1920’s original… it had quite a bit of work to be done. It turned out beautifully and Greg seemed to be able to tackle everything that came up! He has many skills. A friendly contractor to have around it made the construction time more pleasant. I highly recommend.

I wanted to open up a kitchen wall to the next room and install a bar/countertop. Too small of a job for big kitchen remodelers and too big to ask a regular handyman. No problem for Greg. He got a good idea of the project over the phone and soon came over and gave a reasonable quote. He kept in close contact throughout the project and did excellent work. I will use him again for whatever is my next remodeling/repair project. While he was here I also had him do several little handyman tasks that we had never gotten around to. He listens carefully and provides options. A great person to work with.
